Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose to pay using PayPal or Shop Pay, which allows full or installment payments for eligible customers. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied or your cat isn’t interested, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Since we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your item has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, but you can still return it within 30 days if eligible.

How do I set up my new cat toy or furniture?

Most of our toys and furniture come with simple, tool-free assembly or include everything you need in the box. Just follow the included instructions. If your product has electronic features, be sure to check if batteries or USB charging are required.

Are the materials safe for my cat?

Yes! All of our products are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials including natural sisal, soft fabrics, and durable plastics. Safety is always a top priority.

Will this toy work for kittens or large cats?

Each product listing includes details about size and weight recommendations. Most of our toys and furniture are suitable for cats of all sizes, but feel free to contact us if you need help picking the best fit.

How do I clean the product?

Many of our toys and accessories can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For fabric items like beds or plush toys, refer to the care instructions in the product description, some are hand-washable or machine-washable.

Do the electronic toys come with batteries or chargers?

Most battery-operated toys require AA or AAA batteries, which are not included unless stated. USB-rechargeable toys come with a charging cable when applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If we’re unable to ship to your region, you’ll be notified during the checkout process.

How can I track my order?
